mySupplyConnection™ Automatic Reorder Program

Do you worry about placing your supply orders on time? Do you have a unique ordering pattern so you call us often to place different orders? With mySupply Connection you decide which products you want and how often you receive them.1 For example, you can choose to get your infusion sets once every 3 months, and your test strips ship monthly.

When enrolled in mySupply Connection, you only need to contact us when you have a change to your:

  • Insurance

  • Healthcare provider

  • Address or phone number(s)

  • Shipping information

  • Supply needs

  • Order frequency

Enroll in mySupply Connection today or make changes to your account by calling our Supply Order Team at 1.800.646.4633, option 2 Monday through Friday from 8:00 am – 6:00 pm central time.

Supply Reorder Card

Have you received a Supply Reorder Card in the mail and wondered what it was? If you are not enrolled in mySupplyConnection, you will automatically receive a Supply Reorder Card listing the products you most often order. The card will be mailed to you about 8 weeks before you need your next 3 month supply. All you have to do is complete the card and drop it in the mail and we will complete your order process. It's that easy!

Online Store

Do you like to browse the internet and do your shopping online? View our full catalog of supplies and accessories by shopping on our Store 24 hours a day.

When placing an order through our Store, you can:

  • Update insurance and personal contact information

  • Create alternate shipping addresses

  • Check the status of a pending order2

  • Look up tracking information2

  • Save specific products to your Favorites list for quick and easy checkout

Automated Phone System

Do you typically know exactly what you want and prefer not to speak with someone to make it happen? Our Automated Phone System is available 24 hours a day for quick order placement and to check on pending orders.

For security purposes, you need to provide the following information when you call:

  • Your phone number on file

  • Your 8-digit date of birth (for example, 03/22/1976)

  • Your 5-digit US zip code
